Environment:
Scent-free/scent-reduced

• We are a scent free space and encourage people to refrain from wearing scents, but as we are a public area we cannot guarantee that it will be completely scent-free at all times.

Breastfeeding/Chest-feeding friendly

• The clinic is a breast/chest-feeding friendly business. We are happy to provide clean and private spaces upon request.

Masking

• If you need a mask and/or would prefer your practitioner to wear one please let the front desk know.

Parking:
There are two clinic parking spots in the parking lot behind the building that are marked with a blue and white sign with our logo on it.  The parking lot is accessible from Maitland or Portland Street.

There is an accessible parking spot with a curb cut out in front of the clinic. 

Main Level:
Entrance

• The clinic’s main level entrance on Maitland street is accessible by ramp.
• The door is not automatic and measures 35 inches (89 cm) in width.

Washroom

• Single-occupant all genders washroom
• Wheelchair accessible
• Has grab bars

Lower Level:
Entrance

• The clinic’s lower level entrance is accessible from the parking lot at the bottom of the Maitland Street driveway.
• The door is ground level
• The door is not automatic and measures 36 inches (92 cm) in width.

Washroom

• Single-occupant all genders washroom
• Wheelchair accessible
• Has grab bars
