Lauren graduated with honours from Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in 2015. Her treatments utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the underlying cause of symptoms, restore balance and improve overall health and wellbeing. She is a life-long learner with ongoing studies in yoga, CranioSacral Therapy and neurofascial techniques.
Commonly treats: Neck tension, headaches, Chronic postural concerns, overuse injuries and pre/post natal care.
