Matthew is a budding massage therapist specializing in a unique blend of deep tissue and relaxation techniques. Focused on sports rehabilitation and holistic wellness, Matthew customizes treatments to reduce muscle tension, enhance mobility, and promote recovery.

A graduate of CCMH in Halifax, Matthew combines years of experience in sports and exercise to serve clients at Brickyard. 

Whether you're new to training or a seasoned athlete, Matthew aims to improve movement quality and prescribes accessory exercise to optimize health and performance.
