Cancellation Policy
Brickyard Health is a locally-owned and operated clinic that prides itself on quality service. Patients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled time in order for check-in (more if it is an initial visit). As we are close to the downtown and multiple construction projects, please allow extra time for parking.
Patients who are unable to make their appointment or need to make changes are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient and results in lost wages. Please be advised that missed appointments are not covered by insurance plans.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation or miss their appointment will incur cancellation charges.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Prior to your first appointment, please contact your benefits provider to confirm your coverage, including if you need a referral from a medical doctor for any services to be covered by insurance.
