Shelley Baccardax, RD, MPH (Currently on Parental Leave - Spring/Summer 2020)
Shelley made a number of changes to her diet and lifestyle based on her university training, but it fell short of a solution which led to her digging deeper and discovering the critical role of functional nutrition. Shelley graduated with a degree of Master of Public Health from the University of Waterloo in 2014 and is now proud to be part of a holistic health team, addressing the root cause of illness with dietary protocols. Shelley has earned a certification from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and although food is important, Shelley looks at the bigger picture while building an individual roadmap with realistic habits. Addressing stress, sleep and regular movement are all part of Shelley’s scope of treatment.
Commonly treats: Digestive problems, weight gain, and gut health.
